Many people’s idea of a vacation is to book a flight out of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and fly somewhere warm where the sun doesn’t make you want to die. Akron has a great live music scene with tons of local talent performing at Lock 3 every summer and the Akron Civic Theater year round. The museum is free on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and always has something new to check out!
